Humm.. ok so I bought Tattoo armour from Lion's Arch, and put superior runes on them. Do I now need to add one radiant insignia to each piece?

It won't wipe my runes will it?

it will not wipe runes off just other insignias if their are any. and yea, you need to add insignia to each piece of armor

You need to add an insignia to each piece of armour.

I'll go buy some insignias tonight.
